It feels like incredibly slow progress on the Christmas angel completing front. The summer heat (yes, it is summer here in Aotearoa New Zealand) at the moment is not helping, as it is quite suppressive and rather energy sapping. Still, I am trying to tell myself that even just one small extra step towards getting this current craft project completed is a good step.

The main body is now ready and waiting for the next stage of getting the limbs sorted out for each doll. I still have to make some progress with regards to all the arms and legs that were sewn ready to be used, however some are ready so that is good.

I have recycled an old pillow inner to use as the stuffing material. I will need to have a hunt around and find another today, so it will be onhand when the current one is used up. I like being able to recycle and repurpose things, it is quite satisfying.

So here are some photographs showing a step or two further along towards getting these angelic folk ready to go onto a Christmas tree. It is slow, but it IS progress.
