This Christmas themed tray was a recent find in a Charity Shop. How cute it is, with its delightful canine characters all decked out ready for Christmas!
This little tray with its happy imagery and bright, joyful colours was a delightful find. It was also interesting to discover on the back of the tray a still very much intact and readable sticker, sharing information about the illustrator and Sydney based artist, Lilly Perrott who created the fun image.
I am thinking of adding this tray to the small collection that is coming together to create a wall display of Christmas themed platters and trays. With its novel and amusing visual imagery it will be a source of fun and joy amongst and alongside others displayed ware, some of which are much simpler in colour plate and design.
I am pleased that I was able to obtain this at the Charity Store. It was another budget-friendly and happy find to help create a special, unique Christmas display.
