Ingredients:
480 grams Icing Sugar, (Sifted)
3 Tablespoons Meringue Powder
10 Tablespoons Water
Method:
1. Put the icing sugar into a clean bowl.
2. Add meringue powder.
3. Add water and mix to combine all ingredients. If the mixture proves to be too thick, add additional tablespoons of water as required. If mixture proves to be too thin, add additional sifted icing sugar as required.
Note: When not in use, place a damp cloth over the bowl of royal icing to prevent crusting.
