A parcel arrived in the post yesterday…………………. and I am pretty sure it is the gingerbread house cutter kit that I ordered off Trade Me.

It is! How lovely! We will be able to look at making gingerbread houses very soon.

I was hoping this cookie cutter kit might have come with a recommended gingerbread recipe, but alas it does not.

Regardless, it has a number of components to it, so we are sure to have lots of fun cutting out a range of windows, etc when it all comes together and we can make them with just the right recipe and ingredients on hand.

So now, I just need to find a suitable gingerbread recipe….. the investigating continues.

We are getting that bit closer, step by step, to a day of fun gingerbread house making most definitely, Folks!
