I cannot remember if I shared about this year’s attempt at Christmas Trifle??

So here it is, photographic evidence of said traditional-ish Trifle, that was made for the season of Christmas 2021 ……….Ta da!

Sponge Cake and Cream purchased from the New World Supermarket. Canned Boysenberries also purchased from the very same supermarket. Homemade custard….. (I cannot remember if I used Milk Powder or Rice Milk alongside the Custard Powder, sorry).

Christmas Trifle made and enjoyed a day or two after the 25th……………….. yet still assessed by its taste testers to be very delicious!
